Community Events

We run a whole range of amazing events, from weekly co-working and monthly accounting, to specialist workshops on hormone support, creative writing, and nature connection. Weaved throughout them all is our core value of slow, cyclical living.

The majority of our workshops are online via Zoom, but we also have in-person spring and autumn meet ups, with a sprinkling of mini field trips throughout the year.

Co-Working (have a chat and get shiz done!)

11am BST Mondays | 10am BST Wednesdays

Working from home alone can be so isolating, which is why it is such a joy to connect with other small business owners every week, share our plans, our worries, our wins and, to top it all off, stop procrastinating and actually get stuff done!

We start each call with a cycle check in which can really help clarify our own plans as well as open up conversation with each other.

 Regular Events

  • 10am BST | First Thursday of the month

Hosted monthly by Rebecca Maguire of Wildflower Illustration Co.

This is always a truly nourishing hour, spending time creating for the joy of it. No pressure no fancy materials.

Rebecca shares a beautiful prompt to get our creative juices flowing, and gives us time to move outside or sit with our eyes closed for a few minutes to reflect on what she has shared before we paint together.

  • 10am BST | Third Thursday of the month

Held monthly to keep us on top of our finances and talking more openly about money.

We start by considering where in our cycle we are and how that may feed into the task at hand. You are also welcome to to share if there's anything specific you want to achieve, or just how you're feeling generally about doing your accounts, because money can be an emotional subject, and we are all here to hold space for that.

  • 10am BST | Second Thursday of the month

Hosted monthly by small business mentor, Astrid Bracke, this is a lovely relaxed chance to chat and get to know each other better.

  • 7.30pm BST | Monthly

Hosted by artist, Georgie St Clair. A joyful hour or so spent in friendly conversation while working on whatever creative project you wish - painting, doodling, sewing, knitting!

  • 10am BST | Second Tuesday of the month

Regular calls giving us the accountability and focus to make small, consistent actions and beat the overwhelm.

We begin with a cycle check in and share the cause we are acting for, and share links, resources and inspiration for collective action. This is the ideal time to write to your MP, donate, spotlight a campaign, find a way to volunteer your time or other resources. Or simply a reminder to fill up the bird bath and tend your garden! Every action counts.

  • Arranged every 6 weeks to suit the group

Hosted by postnatal doula, Louise Rigg.

A monthly online call and ongoing conversation between to share beautiful books. The Club started with Braiding Sweetgrass, and If Women Rose Rooted.

  • 10.30am BST every 6 weeks on a Tuesday

Hosted by Astrid Bracke, our resident slow business mentor.

A marketing motivation and ideas swapping session!

We’ll start with a cycle check in and share our goals, and then spend an hour or so working on newsletters, Pinterest, SM or whatever we feel will best serve us and our offerings. Great for brainstorming and accountability to keep us showing up gently for our business.

  • 12pm BST | Every 6 weeks on a Tuesday

    Hosted by Astrid Bracke.

A regular event to give us to time and space to write, in any form.

We'll start this session with a brief cycle check-in and sharing what we want to do (both optional).

Any kind of writing is fine: whether it's a journal entry, a newsletter, a blog post, a creative piece or something else. The session is intended to provide accountability, inspiration and space to do the writing that we want or have to do.

  • Held seasonally and hosted by small batch apothecary and herbalist, Mugdha Sapte.

A curated conversation where we explore the ideas that shape us and examine what matters to us, in a small intimate group, inspired loosely by the French Salons of the revolution!

Each conversation will be guided by a few questions themed around a particular topic. The topics will be carefully chosen to help us unpack our narratives and stories in our lives.

FAQ - “I live outside the UK - what time are your events?”

— The majority of our events are 10am, 11am, or 1pm BST but we have a new monthly evening event, Create and Connect, at 7.30pm BST too! Most of our members are in the UK and Europe but we do have a sprinkling of lovely people across the globe who enjoy workshop replays, regular prompts and ongoing online conversation.
